/Vicky Oxley serves as Vice President, Sales and Marketing for Comcast’s Washington Region. She joined Comcast in 2015 from Frontier Communications, where she held the position of VP and General Manager for the Washington Territory.
In her current role, Vicky works with the Senior Leadership Team to drive the residential growth plan for the Washington Region, overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing including Xfinity Retail Stores, Direct and Indirect Sales.
Vicky spent two and a half years in her position at Frontier Communications, and that time was preceded by 20 years in the telecommunications industry which started in sales at Cellular One and transitioned into a variety of roles at AT&T Wireless and Cingular. Her leadership roles included Director of Sales and Marketing, VP/General Manager for the Washington District, Regional VP for the Western Region and VP of International Operations.
Vicky’s leadership style is focused on building high-performance cultures where employees thrive and places that others are clamoring to join. Mentoring, coaching and seeing people promote are her passions.
Vicky is a member of the Rotary Club of Seattle (largest Rotary club in the World) and served in various board positions with the club. She also served on the Board of Directors for PeaceTrees Vietnam and the Board of Trustees for Seattle Opera. In addition, Vicky is the Executive Sponsor for the Comcast Employee Resource Group, Women’s Network, which celebrates the empowerment and leadership of Women.
Vicky graduated from Portland State University with a BA in French.
